Patty has over 30 years of experience as an SLP in the pediatric arena. She received a Bachelors of Science degree from Auburn University, and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Montevallo. Patty has worked at various settings around the Wiregrass including Early Intervention, Private Practice Clinics, Public School settings, Department of Defense School System, and as an evaluator for Disability Determination Services. She has mentored many young Speech Language Pathologists and has expertise in Hippotherapy and Aquatic Therapy. Patty began working with Circle City Speech in October 2020. Patty achieved AOMT’s ( Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy) Certification as a Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist in February of 2024. She said, “This has been a game changer and completely changed how I view all my patients. It has helped me seek the overall well being of each patient, not just how to address the communication or feeding disorder.” She also has extensive experience with early language development disorders, articulation and phonological processing disorders, and children with autism. She is an S.O.S Certified Feeding Therapist and has years of experience with Oral Motor and Sensory feeding difficulties. In addition, Patty has been a provider of Teletherapy Speech Services since 2020.
Patty and her husband, Jim, have been married for 31+ years and have two daughters, Bailey and Pamela Claire. They live on a small farm outside of Ozark with four horses, two dogs, and two cats. They love riding horses, dancing, and farm life!
Caroline completed her Bachelors degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Alabama and her Masters in Special Education from the University of Arizona. She served as a Special Education teacher for 4 years. Caroline was born and raised in Dothan. Her and her family moved back to the Wiregrass are in November 2020.
Caroline enjoys hanging out with her family and friends. She has young twins, Calvin and Ruthie, who keep them busy each and every day!

Amber completed her bachelor's degree in Communicative Disorders and her master's degree in Speech Language Pathology at the University of Alabama. She's worked in a variety of pediatric settings since 2008, which include early intervention, outpatient clinics, and the public schools.
Amber completed her AOMT (Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy) certification in December of 2024. This has helped Amber to look at the child as a whole, focusing on the airway and it's connection to speech, language, and feeding disorders in children. She is also a SOS Certified feeding therapist, PROMPT and Bridging trained, and is Beckman Oral Motor trained. Amber enjoys all aspects of being a speech pathologist but has particular interests in motor speech, feeding, and myofunctional disorders. Amber also has experience treating reading difficulties using the Barton Reading & Spelling System (Orton-Gillingham based approach) and AAC training with Language Acquisition Through Motor Planning (LAMP).
Amber is married to her high school sweetheart and lives in Enerprise. She and her husband have 2 young boys that keep them busy. They relocated back to the Wiregrass area in 2021 after spending 12 years in Florida. They're excited to be able to be near both of their families. They enjoy bowling, going out to eat, traveling, and just spending time together.
Megan Hobson, MS, CCC-SLP
Megan received her graduate degree from NOVA Southeastern University. Megan greatly enjoys working with children and helping them find their voice. Megan has worked in a variety of settings including pediatric private practice, skilled nursing facilities, school for children with Autism and related disorders, and district school ecauator. Megan is PECS Level 1 trained and enjoys working with children on the Autism Spectrum and children with language delay. Megan is married to her husband and they have two precious boys, Russell and Briggs. Megan also enjoys college football, the great outdoors, and spending as much time as she can with her family.
Kelsey attended Auburn University for her bachelors and masters degrees! She has a Bachelors Degree in Communication Disorders and a Masters Degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences. Kelsey has been working as a full time speech language pathologist for just over a year now! Her experience ranges from working with early language to working with adults in the acute care setting.

Madeline Ezell, MS, CF-SLP
"I received my bachelor's in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of Montevallo, and I recently graduated from Montevallo with my master's in speech-language pathology! I am from Ariton, AL. I have two wonderful dogs that I spoil like children! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and any outdoor activities. Most of my previous caseloads through university internships have primarily consisted of AAC-users (I feel like this is my bread and butter)! I am excited to start my career here at Circle City Speech and can't wait to see how this place helps me grow as a speech pathologist!"
Leah Perkins, CF-SLP
"Hello! I am from Enterprise, Alabama. I graduated from Maryville University of St. Louis where I earned my Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. I previously worked with Circle City Speech as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant and am proud to return as a Clinical Fellow-SLP. I enjoy working with the pediatric population with a focus on language disorders. I have a long term goal of working with the adult population treating dysphagia. I am grateful to be a part of Circle City Speech!"
Mallory Lloyd, MS, CCC-SLP
Mallory is a state licensed and ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Auburn University. She married her husband, Garrett, and they moved to Madison, AL for his job. Mallory received her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Alabama A&M University. Mallory provided speech therapy services in the school setting for 5 years where she was able to treat a variety of speech-language disorders.
Mallory and Garrett have a precious son, River, and the best dog, May. Mallory enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, traveling, and spending time outside.
Elizabeth Etress, MS, CCC-SLP
Elizabeth is a native of Ozark but has established home in Dothan. She obtained her Bachelors in Communication Disorders from Auburn with a Masters in Speech Language Pathology from Alabama A&M. Elizabeth has experience in working with a variety of speech patients from the educational to medical settings.
Elizabeth and her husband Jody have two children , Grady and Carrye. They enjoy being outside on the farm, baking, and making memories!

Laura Ryals, MS, CCC-SLP
Laura is a state licensed and ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the Mississippi University for Women. She spent the first 11 years working with geriatric speech-language disorders in skilled nursing facilities and home health and received certification for VITAL STIM therapy and LSVT training. She has 6 years of experience working with pediatric speech-language disorders in the outpatient and school settings. She especially loves working with children who have fluency disorders. Laura also has experience treating reading difficulties using the Barton Reading & Spelling System (Orton-Gillingham based approach).
Laura and her husband Christopher live on a cattle farm and have three precious boys Britton, Jaxon, and Mason. They also have a dog named Nola and a cat named Lucy. Laura enjoys farm life, riding horses, swimming, traveling and working along with her husband in the church youth ministry.
Laura Harrell, OTR/L
VP of Occupational Therapy
Laura Harrell is a native of the Wiregrass, born and raised in Dothan. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science at Auburn University in 2012, then went on to earn a Master’s in Occupational Therapy at Alabama State University in 2014. She has worked exclusively with the pediatric population for the past 9 years, in a variety of settings including private outpatient clinic, schools, and Early Intervention. Ever since completing a pediatric fieldwork while in graduate school, helping children and their families as an occupational therapist has won her heart. She is passionate about working with children with Cerebral Palsy and other neurological disorders, Brachial Plexus Injury, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and developmental disorders. She also has a special interest in helping children that have difficulty with handwriting skills.
Laura is married to her high school sweetheart, David. They have two beautiful girls, Callie and Mary Brooke, and 4 dogs.
“I have always been an Auburn fan, but one of my favorite Auburn memories was winning the national championship my first year as an Auburn student! War Eagle!! I enjoy riding our family’s side-by-side, having girls’ night with friends, and going to the beach and lake. I enjoy being a part of the community through social clubs and service organizations like Junior League of the Wiregrass.”
Angela Fenelon, OTR/L
Angela graduated from Texas A&M Univesity with a Bachelor's of Science in Allied Health and a minor in Psychology. Angela received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the Utica Collega. She has worked primarily in pediatrics for the last 10 years in both private clinics and schools. Angela was born in Texas but has lived all over thanks to her militarty spouse. Her and her husband moved to Dothan last year and stay busy trying to keep up with their three kids. They love going to the beach, eating good food, and watching Aggie football!
Adrianna is our patient services coordinator. She will be your contact for insurance questions, precertifications, billing questions, referral updates, scheduling, and all things related to patient services.

Emma Brooke is our administrative assistant. She comples various office tasks such as answering the phones, schedulding, etc to help our therapists focus more on patient care.
